Return Eligibility

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Personalized Items: Personalized items, such as custom engravings or monograms, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
