2025 Encampment Video

This is the official 2025 Encampment Video in digital form. Purchasing this video allows the user to download a single copy for their use. By downloading this video the user agrees to abide by this usage agreement:

Devil Pups, Inc. Video Usage Agreement

This Video Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Devil Pups, Inc., a nonprofit organization organized under the laws of the State of California, with its principal office at 1895 Avenida Del Oro #4060, Oceanside, CA 92052 (“Licensor”), and the individual or entity downloading the video (“End User”). By downloading, accessing, or using the video, the End User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
   Devil Pups, Inc. hereby grants the End User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the video titled “2025 Encampment Video” (“Video”) solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. This license does not grant the right to sublicense, modify, or redistribute the Video without prior written consent from Devil Pups, Inc.
2. Permitted Uses
   The End User may:

• View and share the Video in educational settings, presentations, and nonprofit outreach activities.
• Display the Video during events related to youth development, community service, or veteran outreach, provided no fee is charged for access to the Video.

3. Restrictions
   The End User may not:

• Modify, alter, edit, or create derivative works based on the Video.
• Use the Video for commercial purposes, including but not limited to monetization on digital platforms, advertising, or paid events.
• Post the Video on any public website or social media platform without prior written permission from Devil Pups, Inc.
• Claim any ownership or authorship of the Video.
• Use the Video in any manner that could misrepresent, mislead, or otherwise harm the reputation of Devil Pups, Inc.

4. Ownership
   The Video and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the sole property of Devil Pups, Inc. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring ownership or any proprietary rights in the Video to the End User.
5. Termination
   This Agreement is effective upon download of the Video and shall remain in effect unless terminated. Devil Pups, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the End User breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the End User agrees to immediately delete all copies of the Video in their possession or control.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
   The Video is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Devil Pups, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Video.
7. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Video and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether oral or written.

By downloading or using the Video, the End User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
